Established since 1986, Yongchuan specializes in the production of feeder heads for paper feeders, we adheres to the highest principles of innovative breakthroughs, high efficiency, durability and convenient maintenance.

In 2008, we broke through the traditional shackles and obtained two new patent certificates in Taiwan (paper conveyor, paper conveying pressing mechanism).

In 2014, we obtained the patent of Taiwan's new model No. M 485824 and the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China-Patent No. ZL 2014 2 0296763.0 for the transmission mechanism of the paper conveyor.

A new patent project is in progress.

The feeder head of the paper feeder is the heart of the printing machine and post-press processing equipment, which directly affects the mechanical performance and print quality. Yongchuan continued to accumulate manufacturing experience and bring forth new ideas.

In 1990, we were the first to adopt linear slides as the transmission system to prevent damage caused by long-term high-speed operation of the machine and extend the service life of the machine.

Applicable models: printing machine, laminating machine, box rolling machine (die cutting machine), bag machine, UV machine and other systems.
Paper feeding range: 200 mm~1,600 mm.
Holds paper thickness: 28 g/ m²~ 550 g/ m² thick paper, three to five layers of corrugated paper, PP, PVC, PET, PS plastic board.
Mechanical speed: 133 rpm~216 rpm, (also available 250 rpm, high-speed feeder manufacturing).
